It was a beautiful, crisp fall day in Huntington. Patrick and I were riding across Lake Champlain on the ferry toward Burlington and it was obvious this was going to be a wonderful day for Ben and Serena’s wedding! As we pulled up to Sleepy Hollow Inn, the inspiration hit! Everything about Ben and Serena’s big day was so incredibly beautiful, personal and unique. Check out the images of their simultaneous ring exchange, custom wedding cake by one of Serena’s bridesmaids and their wedding rings that were forged from gold than Ben panned himself! Enjoy this one and congrats to the new couple! {Also, shout out to my amazing second shooter Colette Kulig who totally rocked this one!}
As the mother of the bride, I just want to say how happy I am with the photos taken by Samantha and her crew. I think she captured much of the feel, the happiness and quirkiness of it all… and I especially like the way many of the photos have a blurred background, emphasizing the beauty of the setting in a subtle way. She was wonderful to work with. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words Ellen 🙂
