Wedding days are filled with so many incredible moments and having a second photographer allows me to capture even more of those once in a lifetime kind of moments. I like to say that it basically allows me to be in two places at once on your wedding day! So basically second photographer = magic.

Engagement sessions are a great time for us to get to know each other better prior to the wedding day. Most couples prior to getting engaged have not had a professional photography session together so it can feel a little funny at first! The engagement session is a great way to get those nerves out prior to the wedding day!

Choosing your location for your engagement session is part of the fun! You want to choose a location that you feel comfortable with and perhaps means something to you as a couple. Think about your first date, a hobby you share or even just a pretty place you love! This is the time to express yourself as a couple!

The engagement session should be scheduled at least 5 weeks before you plan to send your save the dates or wedding invitations. We do schedule these Monday-Thursday as Friday, Saturday and Sunday are reserved for wedding commissions.

The number of images in your final gallery will vary based on a number of circumstances: location, weather, personality, number of people, and hours of coverage/session. On average I deliver between 50-100 pictures per hour.

YES! Travel is one of the things I love about my job! In the past my couples have taken me to Iceland, New Orleans, Hawaii, Vermont, Rhode Island, West Virginia, New York City, Cape May and all around the Tri-State Area! I am always willing to travel! Travel pricing is determined on a case by case basis but typically we ask for a stipend and then we will book the plane ticket and a bed to sleep in.

Yes! You will never receive any images straight out of camera. I take a lot of images on a wedding day and my editing processing begins with culling through all of those images to rid the collection of duplicates. I then digitally process all photos with my personal photographic aesthetic before you see them!

An anniversary session can be a great way to mark the milestone of your one year anniversary! Always a nice idea to have some beautiful shots to look back on. Anniversary Sessions are always low stress and super fun.

We live in the digital age but future generations in your family are not going to stumble across a folder of your wedding photography files on your ancient laptop. Preserving your wedding photos in a tangible way is so incredibly important because those will be the lasting memories from your wedding day. Our heirloom wedding albums are of the highest quality that will truly stand the test of time. Plus, we will put in the work required to design the album of your dreams rather than you fussing at your computer with difficult to navigate online ordering.

Turnaround time will vary depending on my schedule but usually portrait sessions are delivered in 3-5 weeks and weddings are delivered in 8-10 weeks.

We do!  Photographing people on film began as a passion project to expand my creativity within my work.  It quickly turned into a favorite medium for preserving memories and creating images that will stand the test of time.  Film has a timeless quality that we strive for in our work and even our digital images are inspired by the look and feel of film.
