Meredith and Rich were married on a sunny summer day at the beautiful Glen Foerd on the Delaware manor house. It is such a peaceful venue for a wedding and always a favorite! As we enter February, I feel like spring is more in our sights now. It has made me want to look back at summer weddings and daydream about sun-soaked days.

Meredith and Rich were the epitome of summer style. Meredith wore a classic lace BHLDN gown and her bridesmaids were glowing in beautiful pale pink, all accented with gorgeous florals by Accents by Michelle. Meredith’s mother and sister helped her into her dress before her bridesmaids each helped her finish off her look with jewelry. This was the sweetest group of friends who were all there to celebrate the marriage of two wonderful people.

After a quick champagne toast, Meredith was ready to see her groom! Friends and loved ones had assembled on the back lawn for the afternoon ceremony. Rich took his place at the top of the aisle. The anticipation was building and as Meredith and her father stepped out onto the back porch there was a flood of emotion. Rich saw his beautiful bride and tears began to form. As she made her way to the top of the aisle, you could see all of the guest assembled also wiping away tears. It was a beautiful moment to behold. The two exchanged vows and walked off into the sunset for a quiet moment together before joining their assembled guests in the tent. Dinner was delicious and the dance party was hopping!
