Tyler Arboretum Wedding in the Summer with Bright Florals

Brit and Havard are married! They hosted a gorgeous wedding day at the Tyler Arboretum in Media, PA that I had the honor of photographing. Brit and Havard are some of the most easy going and lovely people I’ve ever worked with. It made their entire wedding day a joy – not just for me, but for everyone who traveled to be with them. Both Brit and Havard have a silly but sweet way with each other and watching the two of them really connect on their wedding day was so special.

Summer Tyler Arboretum Wedding

Brit and Havard’s summer wedding day was full of beautiful colors and incredible moments. Their ceremony was held in the historic stone bank barn on the property and was the best way to beat that summer heat. They chose beautiful pink, peach, and white flowers to brighten up the space. I actually loved the color palette of their entire day. It felt so bright and summery! Brit and Havard leaned into the earthy tones of their venue with their bridal party’s attire in a light green and tan.

One of the best parts of their day had to be the sunset they had! It was truly an epic golden hour and I convinced them to sneak away from their reception to capture more portraits with the sunlight. It paid off and was amazing!! If it’s possible on your wedding day to sneak away for a couple of minutes around sunset, it’s always SO worth it! During the reception, Brit and Havard enjoyed an emotions first dance to Marry Me, Archie” by Alvvays. It’s such a beautiful song (go look it up if you don’t know it!). Afterwards, Brit and Havard were able to cut their cake (inspired by national parks!) and enjoy time with their guests.
