Classic Fall Huntingdon Valley Country Club Wedding

Sara and Jon were truly two of the sweetest people ever. I loved working with them on their Huntingdon Valley Country Club wedding day because they were so calm, kind, and genuinely amazing. This fall, they tied the knot in a classic celebration that was filled with the perfect autumn color palette and so many emotional moments. I can’t wait for you to see them all!

Huntingdon Valley Country Club Wedding

Sara and Jon’s wedding day was held in the height of fall – which meant not only did we have the most beautiful colors around us as they celebrated, but also the most gorgeous light. Their wedding day was sunny and mild, which was also perfect. After Sara prepared with her bridesmaids in Huntingdon Valley Country Club’s bridal suite (can we talk about that natural light?!), she and Jon met for a first look. We found a sweet spot near the main building on the property to meet.

Their first look was so beautiful – they both cried as they really took in the fact that they were getting married! Because of their first look, we got to spend lots of time exploring the property and capturing portraits for them. I honestly loved them all – from the ivy covered walls to the wrought iron gates, Huntingdon Valley Country Club is such a beautiful location for wedding days! We aren’t the only ones who thought so, though. Sara, Jon, and I even saw a deer out on the course during portraits!!

After their portraits, they held their ceremony on the lawn. It was a gorgeous and emotional ceremony for Sara, Jon, and their guests. You could just feel the love flowing between them. Later in the evening, I stole Sara and Jon away for some extra portraits out on the course. They stood together, sharing their dreams about their life together – and cried about all of the happiness ahead of them. I feel so lucky to have been witness to their genuine connection and love.
