Congratulations, Hannah and Evan! These Penn State sweethearts planned an absolutely beautiful fall Greenville Country Club wedding last year. I had the true joy of working with them to document their celebration. It was extra special to me because I also met my husband at PSU and I’ve worked with many other PSU couples over the years. Penn State is the BEST, so I definitely had a blast working with Hannah and Evan!

One of the things that stands out to me the most looking back on Hannah and Evan’s wedding day is the connections they had with their loved ones. Hannah really wanted to celebrate her connection with her family. It was so obvious throughout every moment of the day how much everyone loves each other. I especially love that she chose to do a first look with her dad before meeting with Evan. It was so sweet!

Hannah and Evan met for a first look after Hannah was done preparing with her family. They wanted the time together, to have a quiet moment to exchange their private vows and connect. I’m not sure what was better to witness – Evan’s reaction to Hannah’s classic bridal look or their emotional private vows. Hannah and Evan expressed early on that they wanted to attend as much of their cocktail hour with their guests as possible, so we made sure to maximize their time before the ceremony for portraits. It worked out so well! If you’re on the fence about a first look, maybe Hannah and Evan’s will convince you!

Their fall Greenville Country Club wedding was truly beautiful. Hannah and Evan chose a color palette of navy, peach, and ivory. They were the perfect early fall colors! Her bridesmaids looked stunning in long navy gowns. I loved these colors, too, because they brought enough fall vibes to the décor without being overpowering. It was so elegant and just perfect – plus they were a great nod to their PSU roots!
