Congratulations, Lisa and JP on their Lauxmont Farms wedding! The happy newlyweds planned a gorgeous Lauxmont Farms wedding in Wrightsville, PA. It was an absolutely beautiful celebration – with elegant details, a tented wedding reception, and romantic portraits in the Japanese Gardens on the property. Truly a dream summer wedding! This wedding was extra special because I met Lisa and JP at her sister’s wedding last year, so being with the family again felt like a little mini reunion.

Wrightsville PA Wedding Day
First things first when I think back to this Lauxmont Farms wedding, I just have to say that Lisa’s wedding dress has to be one of my favorite gowns so far this year! It fit her so perfectly and she looked amazing. The top was super unique – crossing to create the straps. So beautiful! She completed her look with a simple updo, and looked incredible. JP’s look was also super classic with a black tux.
Both of them were so excited to see the other during their first look! Lisa and JP are so sweet – kind and open and just lovely. And JP makes me laugh! They compliment each other so well, and that became even more evident as their wedding day wore on. I absolutely adored working with them both.
Lauxmont Farms Wedding in the Japanese Gardens
This Lauxmont Farms wedding was actually my first time experiencing this wedding venue. But, I quickly fell in love with it throughout Lisa and JP’s wedding day. They hosted their ceremony and reception in the Japanese Gardens on the property. Everything was simply stunning – an elevated country vibe. The view for their outdoor lawn ceremony was so impressive… just hills and green grass for days! It was amazing.
We were also able to explore the gardens during their portraits. I loved being able to tuck Lisa and JP away so they could relax and just enjoy their portrait time together. Plus, playing with the water in the garden made for some pretty neat portraits – with reflections and lots of unique colors.
The property at Lauxmont Farms weddings is so beautiful. We were able to capture many unique portraits because of the variety available to us. Some of my favorites are definitely their wedding party portraits with their taupe gowns and black tuxes. The night ended with a tented wedding reception on the property. There, Lisa and JP showed off their dance skills and hosted a beautiful celebration.
There were light peach, white, burnt orange, and blush flowers everywhere and tons of gorgeous white candles, too. It was a dreamy evening celebration! My favorite thing about their party though had to be the dance floor. Lisa and JP are experts at the “dip” and showed off one of their favorite dance moves/poses a few times throughout the night. It was so much fun!
