Congratulations, Francesca and Darren! They hosted the most beautifully classic Philadelphia Cricket Club wedding day in Chestnut Hill, PA. Every moment of their wedding day was more elegant than the last and watching Francesca and Darren together was amazing. One of my favorite parts of any wedding day is watching my couples celebrate and just be so excited about what lies ahead in their life and teh immediate day together. It’s a special part of my job for! I love capturing those in between moments for the couple as they are soaking it all in. Francesca and Darren chose the Philadelphia Cricket Club for their wedding and I can’t wait for you to see it all!

Philly Wedding Day in the Summer
Francesca and Darren prepared for the day with their wedding parties separately. The space at the Philadelphia Cricket Club was stunning. I loved all of the white walls and natural light – perfect setting for getting ready portraits. Before the ceremony, Francesca and Darren had a first look with her dad and her mom. They all showed so much emotion and excitement – it was a special moment for all of them. Afterwards, she headed to meet Darren for their ceremony. It took place in their Philadelphia church – traditional but just perfect for the two of them. After the ceremony, they had a great champagne pop with their bridal party! It was so exciting (and made for some super fun photos!!).
Philadelphia Cricket Club Wedding
Following the church ceremony, Francesca and Darren headed back to the venue for their Philadelphia Cricket Club wedding for portraits on the gorgeous grounds. The newlyweds were beaming as we explored the beautiful venue, and I was just obsessed with how incredible they looked together. The rest of the evening was all about celebrating Francesca and Darren!
They brought beautiful ivory and pink flowers in gold vases into the space at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Along with unique signature cocktails, a stunning greenery seating chart, and some fun artwork featuring their dog. On top of all of that… Francesca and Darren hired my FAVORITE DJ duo ever- Pat and Sean Kelly. They are twin brother’s who play an acoustic set during cocktail hour and then transition into DJ/MC during the reception. They are the BEST. I highly recommend them to all of my couples and it was certainly the icing on the cake of Francesca and Darren’s celebration!
