Congratulations, Courtney and Nico! They hosted the most incredible 70’s inspired Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve wedding in New Hope, PA this summer. The entire celebration was absolutely incredible – full of the most amazing details. Beyond how beautiful this wedding day looked, it was special to me because I photographed Nico’s sister’s wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge a few years back. Getting back together with the family was so fun – and I loved the chance to see everyone again!
New Hope PA Wedding Day
We began the day in Downtown New Hope. Courtney prepared for the day with her bridesmaids at the cozy Logan Inn. One of the best parts of the morning was photographing Courntey and Nico’s details. They have the best style! I loved the bright colors of their invitations! It was so much fun. When Courtney was ready, she and Nico met for a first look at the inn. Logan Inn provided a beautiful backdrop for their portraits – especially with the bright blue suit Nico wore and Courtney’s gorgeous flowers. Everything just popped perfectly. Afterwards, we explored more of downtown New Hope before heading over to the venue for their Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve wedding.
Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve Wedding
Courtney and Nico hosted their ceremony in one of the gardens for their Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve wedding. You could actually hear the water from the little brook behind them during the ceremony. Courtney and Nico brought in more flowers to decorate the space and it was just so bright and colorful. I loved it! After the ceremony was over, I explored more of Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve with Courtney and Nico. They were just over the moon happy, laughing and smiling while we walked the preserve.
Courtney and Nico headed to their reception and partied with their wedding guests. Their reception featured a sailcloth tent filled with the brightest flowers and details. Even their chairs looked incredible! Courtney and Nico had food trucks for dinner and a photo booth van – more fun things for their guests to enjoy!
The night ended with a silent disco and brick oven pizza because of a noise ordinance at their venue. This allowed them to keep the party going in a quiet way. Courtney handed out headphones so that everyone could enjoy the party- even the bartenders! It was a great way to end the night and super fun!
Congratulations again, Courtney and Nico! Thank you for allowing me to capture your incredibly fun and bright wedding day. It was a joy!
